Responsibilities
Works closely with engineering team and US client to lead products execution from requirement, design and product development to production launch.
Lead and manage a team of high caliber engineers in Hong Kong and mainland China to accomplish different Mac / mobile applications and solution development projects.
Plan and manage project milestones, schedule and resources.
Identify project risks & issues and timely meet the deadline.
Collect and verify information from engineer and report to internal and external case owner.
Coaching, mentoring, training and oversight the project team.
