  • Manage international recruitment projects from start to finish, from client needs analysis to the arrival and integration of temporary foreign workers (TFWs).
  • Analyze client workforce needs and recommend the most effective recruitment and immigration strategies based on applicable programs (LMIA, CAQ, work permits).
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of immigration files, while meeting deadlines, maintaining compliance, and managing risks.
  • Work closely with immigration lawyers to validate and optimize selected strategies.
  • Manage a client portfolio and act as the primary point of contact, with full accountability for overall client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate communications with international partners, internal teams, and candidates.
  • Oversee a high volume of files simultaneously, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, documentation, and follow-through.
