You will manage implementations of ITSM, CRM, and COTS solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery, strong stakeholder satisfaction, and seamless collaboration with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead client-facing meetings including kick-offs, status updates, reviews, and steering sessions with clear, confident communication
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations) to drive aligned execution
