About the Role
ELV Project Manager/Program Manager
Experience: 12 to 15 years
Responsibilities
- Experience in site deployment (Installation, testing and Commissioning of ELV System - Building management system, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, public address, Data networking and all passive components)
- Should be able to handle 3 to 4 projects at a time
- Proven experience in plan and deliver monthly revenue, monthly billing and payment collection on time
- Managing project specific procurement for material supply, raising PR, coordinate with SCM team to release PO and follow-up with vendors to supply materials on time
- Experience in managing and ensuring required installation manpower availability at site to meet the project schedule
- Ensuring Vendor’s bill processing and payment on time
