In this full-time role, reporting to the Design Director, you will lead the design team while managing multiple small to medium projects. Your responsibilities include training staff, preparing design reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve service quality. The ideal candidate will leverage over five years of design experience and two years in project management within consulting engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Forecast workloads for new secured projects
• Prepare and develop design reports and drawings
• Assign tasks and review junior staff work
• Represent Enersolv in client meetings
• Ensure quality adherence during field reviews
Requirements:
• 5+ years design experience in HVAC and plumbing
