Project Manager II (Guadalajara)

Purpose Statement: To plan and manage engineering projects for PLXS-ENG customers.

• Business Development - Supports the customer development process in winning new business independently and is directly responsible for developing repeat business with previous and/or current customers.
• Work-sharing Support - Accountable for proactively identifying work packages or opportunities that should be work shared.
• Works effectively with the Manager - Engineering to promote an inter-design center project staffing model while balancing individual needs of the project, customer, and employee.
• Manages customers’ expectations regarding all aspects across full value stream projects and/or product commercialization projects independently. Includes setting expectations for challenges in developing products or test systems and managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, deliverables, and changes to the original proposal.
