Project Manager (Hotel or HDB)

Working days: 5.5 days working

Location: Project Sites

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring targets for quality, cost, safety, and schedule are achieved.
• Report project progress to senior management.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review project schedules, method statements, technical submissions, and risk assessments.
• Conduct project coordination and site safety meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of building construction experience.
• Completed at least one HDB, or hotel project as a Project Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
