Location: Bluewater District School Board (BWDSB), Plant Services
Permanent: 35 hours per week, working 12 months per year
Salary Range: $86,592 - $101,299 annually

Position Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Plant Operations responsible for Capital Projects, the Project Manager supports the planning, development, and execution of Plant Services capital projects, including budgeting, scope development, cost estimating, procurement support, project execution, and project closeout. The role also maintains project, facility, and Board property records and supports municipal zoning and by‑law processes. The incumbent works collaboratively with Board staff, consultants, contractors, and government agencies to design, coordinate, and successfully deliver facilities renewal and curriculum‑related capital projects.
