Reporting to the Manager of Capital Projects, the Project Manager, Facilities leads the full lifecycle of capital projects across GEF's seniors housing portfolio. The role represents GEF in managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure safe, efficient project delivery aligned with infrastructure renewal and sustainability goals.
