Project Manager (Facilities B&S)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Facilities B&S)with a strong background in Civil and Building Works to lead Addition & Alteration (A&A) and construction projects from inception to completion.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This role requires both technical expertise and hands-on project leadership.

Pre-Construction Phase

• Develop project schedules, cost estimates, and overall project programmes
• Define project scope based on stakeholder requirements
• Coordinate design development (Concept to Schematic to Construction Documentation)
