Key Responsibilities- Lead the overall execution of EPC projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, cost control, productivity, and contractual compliance.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead commercial discussions, variation orders, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client requirements.
