Lead engineering and product development projects, from concept to production. Will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage global and local projects, and ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Plan and execute projects for new accounts, product development, and cost optimization.
- Monitor and manage Custom Fabrication and New Product Development (NPD) projects.
- Provide product design solutions and oversee the process from concept to production.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation: BOM, SOPs, user manuals, and costing.
- Support Sales, Production, and Quality Control teams with technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Purchasing for component sourcing and prototype support.
- Manage project costs, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Act as a facilitator for project management activities and cross-team alignment.
