Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the project team to achieve and further improve the cost, schedule, quality and EHS targets
- Supervise the final negotiations for the allocated project and provide the execution strategy
- Ensure that the project schedule baseline is signed by the involved parties at the start of the project
- Perform proper risk and opportunity management
- Prepare and perform Project Reviews as requested, report according to Bühler Project Management process
- Be responsible for the site briefing meeting; ensure that all site‑relevant documents are handed over to site personnel
