Project Manager (Electrificación - Energía)

ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of complex engineering projects in the electrical, protection, automation, and energy sectors. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership — managing multidisciplinary teams, driving commercial performance, and ensuring every project meets scope, schedule, and budget commitments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define project scope, milestones, and success KPIs aligned with business and client objectives.
• Build and manage detailed project plans: WBS, schedule, budget, and risk matrix.
• Lead quality gates, change control, and lessons-learned processes.
• Ensure compliance with PM methodologies ( , PMI, IPMA, or equivalent).
