The opportunity: To ensure customer satisfaction through effective project management and delivering results from order entry to project commissioning, ensuring repeatable customer business.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Leading the successful execution of Grid Automation Orders booked in UAE.
- Monitor and achieve important KPIs including Revenue, Cash Flow, Inventory, On-time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, etc.
- Ensure that all order execution related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements, financial targets as well as schedule commitments.
- Build up strong relations with customers and manage customer satisfaction by on-time execution of projects.
- Project reviews with factory management and factory Project Managers to ensure contract fulfilment.
