Project Manager Disaster Restoration (Toronto)

Job Description

Our client is a Leading Restoration Specialist in the GTA, providing 24‑hour response to the personal and property needs of homeowners and commercial businesses overcoming the devastating property setbacks inflicted by fire, flood, wind and other perils.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple restoration files simultaneously.
• Conduct on‑site estimation for residential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction.
• Schedule cleanup crews and equipment.
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors.
• Meet with insurance adjusters and clients.
• Document claims, scopes of work and services provided.
• Manage all contracts.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years experience with disaster restoration contracting.
• Extensive understanding of insurance claims as they relate to restoration.
