Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

Position Summary

Sub1313 Development a division of Canco Petroleum is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of petroleum, retail, commercial, car wash, and development projects throughout Canada.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initial concept through design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout. This individual will provide leadership to project teams, oversee consultants and contractors, manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will be a strategic leader capable of managing multiple complex projects while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the long‑term growth of Sub1313 Development.
