AECOM is seeking a results‑driven Design‑Build Project Manager to join our Buildings + Places team in Burnaby, BC. The role leads the delivery of complex, high‑profile projects using Design‑Build and alternative delivery models, including Progressive Design‑Build, Alliance, and IPD. Embedded within high‑performing multidisciplinary teams, the manager acts as the single point of accountability for project delivery, integrating design and construction to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead Design‑Build and alternative delivery projects from early strategy through construction and close‑out.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety outcomes.
  • Drive project execution strategies that integrate design, construction, and stakeholder requirements.
• Design‑Build Integration & Coordination
