Role Overview
The Technical/Functional Project Manager / SME will lead end-to-end implementation of the TURING Core Banking System (CBS) for banks in the Philippines. The role requires a strong blend of banking domain expertise, CBS functional knowledge, and technical coordination capabilities to ensure successful regulatory‑compliant delivery aligned with BSP requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery & Governance
- Own project planning, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Drive execution with cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Integration, Support)
2. Functional SME Responsibilities
Act as a Core Banking SME for modules like:
- CASA (Savings/Current Accounts)
- Loans & Deposits
- GL & Accounting
- Customer Management (CIF)
Conduct requirement workshops with client stakeholders
