Project Manager, Content Products

Responsibilities

• Manage the project delivery of curriculum materials, including lesson plans, resources, and multimedia assets
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and content creators to meet deadlines
• Lead squad stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure predictable output
• Oversee the uploading and deployment of content on the website using a CMS
• Manage publishing workflows, content taxonomies, and metadata
• Coordinate with marketing and media teams to ensure content is optimized for distribution
• Conduct QA checks to ensure published content is error‑free and responsive
• Track project spend against approved budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience leading cross‑functional projects in an Agile environment
