Position Overview

The Project Manager, Construction is a highly organized and results-driven professional responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and capital improvement projects across the organization. This role requires proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving internal teams, consultants, contractors, landlords, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with organizational standards. Reporting to the Director, Real Estate Operations, the Construction Project Manager plays a key role in managing the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and due diligence through construction, closeout, and post-project evaluation.
