Project Manager – Construction

Groupe SM Tardif is currently seeking a Project Manager who will work under the supervision of the Director — Project Team.

Profile sought

• You hold a college diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture, building engineering, civil engineering, or another relevant field.
• You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• You are proficient in project management principles (planning, coordination, schedule and budget tracking).
• You have a solid understanding of construction standards, building codes, and manufacturing processes.
• You have strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management and technical design software (MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• You are recognized for your organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and leadership.
• Experience in modular construction (an asset).
