Project Manager (Client SIde)

Our client is a market leading national project management Consultancy who provide full lifecycle PM services across the Apartments (BTR/BTS), Student Accommodation, Health and Commercial Sectors. Due to consistent growth in their project pipeline, this group are currently looking to add a Project Manager from a client side consultancy, developer or head contractor construction background.

Working under the guidance of a highly respected senior leadership team, you will oversee the delivery of a diverse range of projects, working from brief development and front-end design through to construction delivery. This role will see you heavily involved in stakeholder engagement and design management to ensure projects are on course to meet client expectations. You will provide assistance in managing the builder, coordinating the design team and ensure the client is fully engaged throughout the project.
