Role Purpose
Join HSBC Global Payments Solutions (GPS) as a Project Manager, Client Implementation within the Client Connectivity team. The role focuses on onboarding clients onto HSBC’s Global Payments and Liquidity Solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support pre‑mandate and RFI/RFP consultation and project management for diverse client base.
- Streamline documentation processes using tools such as GDocs.
- Apply proactive project management methodologies to manage multiple client projects.
- Serve as central liaison between internal and external stakeholders across regions.
- Take ownership of client relationships post‑sales, leading communication throughout the project lifecycle.
