This individual will oversee civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil construction projects from initial planning and pre-construction through execution, closeout, and final handover.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, work plans, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project teams, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
