**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Serve as the primary owner of the product transfer and facility startup, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Handle the Mexico project budget, including capital and expense tracking, reporting, and adherence to financial targets.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies using structured frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain, procurement, trade compliance, and EHS, to achieve program goals.
- Act as a liaison between local teams and U.S.based counterparts to ensure flawless communication, alignment, and support.
