Project Manager

What You'll Be Doing

• Scope out property damage and build estimates using Xactimate.
• Coordinate crews, trades, and internal teams to keep jobs moving.
• Keep clients and stakeholders informed at every step.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progress.
• Manage project budgets and financials.
• Build and maintain relationships with adjusters and property managers.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5+ years in restoration, construction, or project management.
• Experience with Xactimate and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT) are a plus.
• Solid understanding of building codes and construction best practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid BC driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and conduct site visits.
