1. Pre-Project Planning & Job Start PreparationReview full project documentation (drawings, specifications, estimates, contract) and identify risks or inconsistencies
Conduct handover meeting with estimating team to clarify scope, pricing, and contract details
Verify material availability and optimize use of existing inventory when possible
Confirm project schedule, site access, setup requirements, and client-specific conditions with the customer representative
Place and review material orders (including tapered systems where applicable)
Conduct site visit prior to mobilization to assess readiness
Communicate additional costs if site access or readiness delays require crew standby or remobilization
