Program planning and execution
- Define scope and objectives
- Identify key milestones and timelines
- Resource planning
- Create work breakdown structure and project plan
Risk and Issue Management
- Identify and assess potential risks and issues that could impact the delivery of program
- Arrange workshops with key stakeholders to review and mitigate any key risks
- Regular update of issue management to senior stakeholders and maintain risk log
Program Delivery and Timelines management
