About the Role
As a Junior Project Manager / Coordinator you will support the Platform team in planning, coordinating, and tracking technical initiatives by maintaining roadmaps and facilitating alignment across engineering and business stakeholders. The role bridges strategy and delivery, ensuring transparency, progress tracking, and effective collaboration in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously update the platform roadmap in close collaboration with engineering and product leads
- Track progress across technical initiatives including platform improvements, integrations, and migrations
- Monitor dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Translate technical progress into clear, structured updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Own and prepare recurring reporting such as status decks and sprint/initiative summaries
