Project Manager, AI Initiatives

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the establishment and execution of an Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence (AI CoE) within our investment bank. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving AI strategy, overseeing implementation of AI/ML use cases across business units, and ensuring alignment with regulatory, risk, and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the AI CoE, defining its governance, frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics
• Develop and maintain the AI roadmap, prioritizing initiatives in alignment with business strategy and technological maturity
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for AI initiatives – from ideation and feasibility, through to delivery and post-implementation review
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units (e.g., investment banking, risk, compliance, operations) to identify AI opportunities and drive adoption
