The TMX group of companies, including the Toronto Stock Exchange, Montreal Exchange, and related organizations, is seeking a CDCC Project Manager. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality project management services to execute complex, high-impact initiatives across software development (SDLC), infrastructure, and third‑party integrations. Operating within a systemically important clearing house platform, the role requires navigating a highly regulated financial market overseen by the Bank of Canada, AMF, and OSC while driving product suite enhancements and modernizing clearing services for exchange‑traded derivatives, fixed income, and over‑the‑counter (OTC) derivatives products. The Project Manager must maintain a rigorous focus on risk management, regulatory compliance, and predictable execution, while optimizing delivery timelines and minimizing risk.
