Job Overview
The PMO is responsible for driving strategic, cross‑functional transformation initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, accelerate business readiness and reinforce the RC culture within the market. Operating at the intersection of business transformation, capability‑building and organizational effectiveness, the role will lead and coordinate high‑impact initiatives related to AI capability development, change adoption, associate engagement, talent development, leadership alignment and culture activation. The role acts as a strategic integrator across functions, ensuring business priorities are translated into actionable programs that improve organizational agility, capability and performance.
