Your Role & Responsibility
- Assist in the execution of planning, coordination, recording, and information tasks related to project management.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparation (e.g., creating presentations), support (e.g., taking minutes), and follow‑up (e.g., sending out documents).
- Prepare project reports, decision‑making documents, and minutes of meetings.
