Project Management (Confirmations Automation Transformation)

We are seeking an experienced Study Lead / Program Manager to lead a strategic Confirmations Automation Transformation initiative within a global Capital Markets environment.

Responsibilities

Study Leadership & Business Analysis

• Act as the Study Lead for the Confirmations Automation Transformation Program.
• Drive front‑to‑back current state assessment across Trade Capture, Confirmations, Settlements, Accounting, Risk, P&L, Reconciliations, Regulatory Reporting, and Back Office Operations.
• Define target operating model, target architecture, and future‑state business processes.
• Conduct detailed gap analysis between current and target states.
• Lead workshops with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define transformation objectives.
