The Project Lead will lead the planning, engineering, execution, commissioning, and operational readiness of a strategic agrochemical manufacturing project. The role will be responsible for establishing manufacturing capabilities, utilities, infrastructure, EHS systems, and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield/brownfield agrochemical manufacturing projects from conceptualization to commercial production.
- Prepare project execution plans, budgets, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive project implementation within approved CAPEX budgets and timelines.
- Monitor project progress through structured reviews and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with process licensors, consultants, and engineering agencies for plant design and process implementation.
