About the role Development & Technical Advisory Delivery
- Lead and contribute to development feasibility studies for new and evolving data centre assets.
- Undertake and manage asset condition surveys and technical due diligence assignments.
- Provide technical and development-led input into option studies, risk assessments, and development strategies. Act as technical lead on selected advisory engagements, with autonomy appropriate to experience.
- Provide end-to-end advisory support across both Development Advisory (technical services) and Advisory & Transactions business within the DCG.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Development Advisory and Head of Research & Consulting to ensure consistent, high-quality advisory delivery across the APAC portfolio.
