Project Lead for Makesense Academy (Incubation Program for Social Enterprises)

Your Mission

As Project Lead, you will spearhead the implementation of Makesense Academy 9, one of Makesense’s flagship incubation programs supporting social entrepreneurs and impact-driven ventures. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the program from planning to execution, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, participant engagement, and impact.

Working closely with the Department Lead and the Director of Programs, you will coordinate with key stakeholders, support participating enterprises, and help strengthen the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in the Philippines. The Program Lead is responsible for day-to-day implementation, coordination, and delivery of the Academy 9 program, operating under the strategic direction of the Department Lead.
