In this role, you will:
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Work with peers and customers to support agile lab designs and ensure deliverables are according to Scotiabank's internal policies, standards and templates based on business, project and systems specs
- Participate in project planning, estimate and review processes
- Ability to showcase progress in projects/initiatives/programs, holding people accountable to their commitments and making sure we are on track for successful delivery
- Assisting senior management to enforce standards and methodology; ensuring solutions are in line with the technology standard/roadmap and mentoring the technical team members on a project to project basis
