Responsibilities:
• Assist HR recruitment team in day-to-day operations.
• Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing and candidate management.
• Help maintain the recruitment tracking system and other relevant recruitment metrics and reports.
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Requirements:
• An undergraduate or postgraduate.
• Attention to detail and well-organized.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with business and candidates.
• Team player, independent and self-driven.
• Creative and able to think out of the box when facing challenges.
