Project Installation Engineering Leader Onboard (Toronto)

Overview

Alstom is seeking a full‑time Installation Engineering Leader in Toronto, ON to contribute to the GO Expansion On‑Corridor Works project, supporting the transformation of the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead installation engineering activities for projects.
• Develop deliverables, schedules, and workloads.
• Propose and oversee validation cycles for documentation, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support project leaders in quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) reviews and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and deliverables.
• Conduct site surveys and mock‑ups during the execution phase, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Alstom's Digital & Integrated Systems Installation and Field Operations processes.
