PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Project Industrial and Material Manager (PMM) is responsible for managing the industrial and material scope of the Signaling and SCADA subsystems in the Haifa–Nazareth (NofiT) LRT Line Project.The role ensures that all materials—generic, project-specific, installation kits, documentation and certificates—are delivered in line with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments.Ensure coordination and control of Industrial & Internal material scope across project phases.The PMM coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and delivery timelines.Drive performance improvement, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation strategies tailored to the industrial and material management needs of Signaling and SCADA subsystems.
