PLANNING FUNCTION
- Lead his group in performing forward planning activities for the project
- Prepare master schedule for the project
- In-charge of budget estimating for the project
- Coordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers and other stakeholders pertaining to project design and project implementation plan
PROJECT SUPERVISION
- Overall, in-charge of project supervision being able to lead his staff in the execution of the project
