Project Implementation Manager – Telecom Deployment (Construction)

Job Summary

Lead end-to-end telecom deployment projects—from pre-sales to implementation—ensuring delivery on scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards while maintaining customer satisfaction and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support bidding, solution design, and contract negotiations during pre-sales.
• Plan and manage project execution, including risk mitigation, cost control, and change management.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and profitability goals.
• Implement project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication processes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to engineers and subcontractors.
• Oversee site readiness and construction activities: site surveys, site acquisition, civil works, tower upgrades, power upgrades, transmission, and telecom equipment deployment.
