A premier global law firm with a longstanding presence in Singapore is seeking an ambitious finance lawyer with 4-8 years' post qualification experience to join its growing projects, energy and infrastructure practice.

The team advises on project and infrastructure financings across Asia, spanning conventional and renewable power, oil and gas, mining, transport and infrastructure, working closely with the firm's corporate, real estate and disputes practices to cover transactions from structuring through to completion. Clients include sponsors, banks and development finance institutions.

This is a genuinely transactional role offering early client exposure and strong development support, suited to a lawyer with a solid grounding in project finance, although applications are also welcome from those with a general banking and finance background who are keen to build deeper experience in the energy and infrastructure space.
