Project Finance Controller (with Chinese)

The Project Finance Controller ensures financial and operational goals of ICT projects are achieved. This role promotes sales development, controls risks, and manages the entire business cycle from budgeting to performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• The role promotes sales development, with controlled risks and acts as a leading player in the end-to-end business cycle.
• Responsible for major sales and delivery of ICT projects, including budgeting, monthly rolling forecast and performance analysis, to monitor execution and relevant delivery operations.
• Liaise closely with the business team (sales, procurement, delivery and collection) to ensure achievement of the project’s predetermined financial KPIs, support controllable costs, and improve overall project profitability, as well as to produce a business baseline.
