Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of facilities-related projects
- Monitor and track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, external consultants, and internal stakeholders on day-to-day project activities
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed progress reports and meeting minutes
- Track project budgets carefully and proactively flag any cost variances to management
- Ensure all project activities adhere strictly to established safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Building / Facilities Management / Building Services
