Job Scope
The Site Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day site activities for interior renovation and fit-out projects. This role ensures smooth communication between contractors, suppliers, and clients, while making sure work is carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities Project & Site Coordination- Coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work progresses according to schedule.
- Communicate and follow up with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on site matters.
- Track project timelines, highlight delays, and assist the Project Manager in resolving issues.
- Maintain site records, including work progress, deliveries, and variation orders.
