- Coordinates and liaise closely with operation, projects and accounts department in the company to ensure smooth servicing for existing clients
- Provide event administrative and operational support
- Able to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Respond actively to sales enquiry, preparation in quotations and customer servicing
- Communicates with clients via email to ensure satisfaction with products and services, and arranges adjustments or solutions as needed to address concerns
- Generate and develop new sales opportunities (i.e. exhibitors, standbuilders, corporate etc.)
- Answers enquiries and provides information on the products and services of the company
- Build a fruitful relationship with existing accounts and exceed customer satisfaction
- Support any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by your team
