- Coordinate and support multiple technology projects concurrently, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Assist in gathering project requirements and liaise with technical stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly understood.
- Support the preparation and review of project schedules, effort estimates, documentation, and project plans.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, dependencies, and action items, and follow up on outstanding matters.
